Dick Proenneke retired in 1967 to build a cabin in the wilds of Alaska. He lived & filmed there for the next 30 years, in the midst of great natural beauty & wildlife.

Following the screening, local resident Michael Sottosanti, an expert on primitive technology & exploration, will give a talk.
